Yes, free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at our shop, 2013 NE 160th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm. Small orders are usually ready in 1–2 business days; closets and big orders need 3–5 business days. We text or email you when it’s ready.

Q: Do you deliver and install?

Yes. We offer delivery and installation within about 150 miles of our North Miami Beach shop, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Each job is priced by estimate. Call or WhatsApp us at 561-382-2365 with your address and what you ordered (or plan to order), and we will send you a quote.

Q: What is the return policy?

Unused stock items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-cut and made-to-order items are not returnable. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us photos within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Q: Where does Closet Parts Pro ship?

Orders ship to the 48 mainland United States (no Alaska, Hawaii or US territories). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
