Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to the 48 mainland United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Processing time.

- Stock parts and hardware ship in 1–3 business days.

- Custom-cut parts (shelves, cubbies, panels) may need extra production time.

- Closet kits are made in 2–3 business days after you approve your 3D design. We email you the design of each section after you order so you can review it and request changes before we cut.

Shipping time. After your order ships, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates (UPS, or FedEx when it's cheaper). Large closet orders can also choose truck delivery at checkout.

Small orders are usually ready in 1–2 business days. Closets and big orders need 3–5 business days. We'll text or email you when your order is ready.

Delivery and installation. We offer delivery and installation within about 150 miles of our shop, including Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Each job is priced by estimate. Call or WhatsApp us at 561-382-2365 with your address and what you ordered (or plan to order), and we'll send you a quote.

Damaged shipments. Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, send us photos within 48 hours at ccuttosizellc@gmail.com or WhatsApp 561-382-2365 and we'll make it right.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
