All rods and hardware are included in your order.  Hanging rod sections vary in size depending on your measurements.   We will send a drawing for review prior to fabrication and you can make adjustments as desired.  Production time (from order approval to shipping) is just 2 - 3 days.   This kit fits walls 70" to 100" wide.
